Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan

• The $995 one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup or provisioning work has begun.
• Your monthly subscription may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not provide prorated refunds of the current paid period, except where required by applicable law.

Annual Plan

• Your annual subscription may be canceled at any time to prevent the next annual renewal.
• The current annual payment is not prorated or refunded after the paid term begins, except where required by applicable law.
• You retain access through the end of your paid annual term.

Other Refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected.
• Refunds required by applicable law remain available.
• Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted through our contact page.

Renewal Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
