1. Agreement to Terms
By using InstantOffice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to act on behalf of a business and be of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Description of InstantOffice
InstantOffice is a business operating platform that provides preconfigured offices for service businesses, including customers, jobs, scheduling, billing, documents, reporting, and an AI office manager.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer two billing options: Monthly at $699/month plus a $995 one-time setup fee, and Annual at $6,990/year with no setup fee. Pricing is subject to change for new subscriptions as described in these Terms.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service, other than taxes on our income.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at /refund-cancellation.
10. Setup and Provisioning
Your subscription includes initial setup and provisioning of your office. Some configuration may require information from you during onboarding.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.
12. Customer Data Ownership
You own your business data. We process and store it solely to provide the service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
13. License to Process Your Data
You grant us the license necessary to process, store, and transmit your data to provide and secure the service.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
15. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, unlawful content or use, malware, scraping, attacks against the service, and any activity that disrupts or harms the service or other users.
16. Third-Party Services and Integrations
InstantOffice may connect to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
17. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and updates.
18. Intellectual Property
InstantOffice and its software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service.
19. Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant us a license to use it without restriction or compensation.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may cancel at any time.
21. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction established for the InstantOffice business.
25. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date.

InstantOffice may provide automated recommendations, prioritization, drafts, or operational assistance. Automated outputs may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken through InstantOffice. InstantOffice does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
